We have so many charms, you can imagine our inventory rotates on a daily basis. So, if you order a single type of charm, we will inform you if we do not have it, or enough to fill your order.
If you order one of our sets, and one of the styles is not available, we will replace it with what we have, and send you a FREE charm as well. This free charm will be our choice, but will match the set you ordered. If time permits, we will e-mail or call you and let you know, and see if you want it replaced.
We aim to fill every order correctly, but please understand what it's like to keep track of all these charms on a daily basis.
When it comes to our sets, please note that you can purchase any single charm we have for $1.99. And we probably have styles you may want but don't see pictured. Again, we have so many charms, if we put up every combination, we would have thousands of pages. See something you like? Ask us.
